BJC Home Care Celebrates Opening of New Facility in Farmington

As part of its commitment to delivering high-quality health care to the community, BJC Home Care has officially opened a new facility at 301 S. Jefferson Street in Farmington.

BJC Home Care celebrated the facility with a grand opening event in June that included tours of the new building and a ribbon cutting in partnership with the Farmington, Park Hills, Desloge, and Bonne Terre Chambers of Commerce. 

“We’re thrilled to officially open the doors to our new location,” said Susanne Rosenberg, BJC Home Care vice president. “This space represents not just growth, but a renewed commitment to the community we are privileged to serve.”

With a mission to provide compassionate, comprehensive in-home services, the new facility unites BJC’s Home Health, Hospice, and Home Medical Equipment teams to enhance care quality and collaboration. This expansion supports care coordination and future growth, enabling the team to serve more patients in Farmington and the surrounding communities. This milestone was made possible thanks to the support of the community, staff, and BJC HealthCare partners.
